Delivery
CowraWineShop.com.au uses TNT Express Australia wide.
Dispatch is usually made within 3 business days of the order being received and delivery may take up to 3 days on the east cost and slightly longer for other and remote areas. In the summer months, we may delay dispatch to ensure your wine is not held in transit over a weekend. Delivery can be made by Australia post - contact us for a quote.
In most cases we will confirm dispatch and provide you with a consignment number via e-mail.
Your order can then be tracked via TNT's web site until it is delivered.
Conditions of carriage may also be viewed on the TNT site.
The wine cannot be delivered if the only person at the address is not over 18 years of age.
We prefer a business address as the chances of someone over 18 being available to accept the shipment are higher.
IMPORTANT: It is imperative to advise us where you want to have your left should you not be at home/work when the wine is delivered. Known as an "Authority to Leave" (or ATL), this information must be provided in the comments area of the Check-Out.
If you do not indicate where to leave the wine and your are not at home when TNT attempt to deliver, they will take the wine back to their depot and a re-delivery charge of $25 may be applied.
